Grass stretch film

Grass film is a packaging product for silage feed technology, which has been widely used in countries and regions such as Europe, the United States, and Australia with over ten years of mature experience.

Characteristics of grass film:
1. The surface of the film is sticky, with good interlayer adhesion. The packaging is oxygen and water impermeable, creating an internal anaerobic environment and reducing spoilage.
2. The film has sufficient strength, including tensile strength, tear resistance, and puncture resistance, to ensure that the grass silage process is not damaged and to maintain an anaerobic environment.
3. The membrane is soft, resistant to low temperatures, and does not become brittle or crack in cold environments.
4. The film is opaque, ensuring low light transmittance and avoiding heat accumulation.
5. Long service life, packaged bales can be stored in the wild.
6. Stable in nature, able to resist sunlight (ultraviolet) damage (exposed to outdoor for two years).
7. Reasonable ratio of low-temperature trigger agent to ensure fermentation failure within 0.3%.
8. High load holding capacity (to keep the package secure).

The production of universal casting equipment on the market, although high in output, has the disadvantage of low transverse strength, which cannot meet the tensile strength requirements of high-speed balers during operation. Therefore, our company has introduced the blown film process to meet the requirements of both horizontal and vertical stretching. In addition, a new process is adopted to fix and heat the glue, inject it into the material barrel screw, and enter the mold, solving the problem of glue mixing. At the same time, it solves the problem of poor compatibility between viscous masterbatch and raw material plasticization, which leads to relaxation and air leakage of bundled grass.
