In order to meet the development needs of domestic substitution of new materials in the new era and grasp the application needs of downstream national key industries such as new energy vehicles and photovoltaic solar energy, the company and Panjin Shengteng Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Panjin Shengteng") have agreed to strengthen cooperation and jointly develop modified substitute materials for photovoltaic POE film and their production processes, as well as hydrogenated nitrile rubber and its production processes.
The company originally planned to jointly invest RMB 500 million with Panjin Shengteng Industrial Development Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture, holding 45% and 55% of the shares respectively. However, due to the continuous decline in the price of the photovoltaic industry chain and the high uncertainty of future profitability, both parties have decided to terminate this investment plan. As of now, the joint venture company has not been established. The termination of external investment this time will not have a significant impact on the company's production, operation, and financial condition.
