Sponge foam packaging bag is used for sponge foam outer packaging, which is convenient for transportation and stacking, as well as turnover and storage. It has high strength, puncture resistance, cold and heat resistance, UV resistance, recyclability, and reusability.

Sponge manufacturing process:
A. Mix foaming resin, foaming agent, and adhesive resin (to make the finished product adhesive) together;
B. Perform foaming processing. Mix 80 parts of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), 20 parts of APAO PT 3385, 20 parts of azodicarbonamide, 19 parts of CaCO, and 0.6 parts of diisopropylbenzene peroxide together, place them in a mold for foaming, and use mechanical force to break the closed pores to produce foam sponge. Its density (d) is 0.028 g/cm, and its 25% compression hardness is 1.9 KPa.

The main components of sponge: commonly used sponges are made of wood cellulose fibers or foamed plastic polymers. In addition, there are natural sponges made from sponge animals, most of which are used for body cleaning or painting. In addition, there are three types of synthetic sponges made from other materials, namely low-density polyether (non absorbent sponge), polyvinyl alcohol (highly absorbent material without obvious pores), and polyester.

Types of Sponge Materials:

1. Chemical sponge
Polyurethane soft foam rubber, polyurethane is the most common polymer material in daily life, widely used in the production of various "sponge" products. And elastic materials for shock absorption and anti friction purposes, such as shoe soles and tractor tank track substrates.

2. Industrial sponge
There are many types of sponge used in industrial production, including foam cotton, shaping cotton, rubber cotton, memory cotton, etc.

a、 Typed cotton
This material cotton is made of polyurethane material, mixed with various additives such as foaming agents. The pressing agent can be pressed into a simple mold and heated to press out sponge of different shapes. It is suitable for swivel chairs, sofa cushions, back cotton, and a small amount of armrests are also made of shaping cotton. The material density is between 55 # and 60 #, and its elasticity meets the relevant national standards. The elasticity and hardness of sponge can be adjusted according to different parts of the product. Generally, seat cotton has higher hardness and density, followed by back cotton, and pillow cotton is softer.
b、 Foamed cotton
This material is formed by foaming polyether, like foamed bread. Mechanical equipment can be used for foaming, or wooden boards can be manually used to surround the foam. The foamed cotton looks like a square bread and is sliced using a slicer,
Cutting thickness according to different requirements, foam cotton can also adjust its softness and hardness. Seat cotton generally uses a density of 25-28kg/cubic meter, while others use a density of 20-22kg/cubic meter. Although the softness, hardness, and density of sponge are directly related, they are also related to different additive formulations. Therefore, the industry is divided into high elasticity, gray super, black gray super, and soft cotton.
When designing and using products, reasonable and scientific combinations should be made according to different shapes and structures. Generally, sponge with different elasticity and density should be matched in the upper, middle, and lower parts. There is a type of sponge called fire-resistant cotton material (flame-retardant cotton), which is actually made by adding fire-resistant agents such as chlorine and bromine to the material formula before foaming the sponge. When the sponge catches fire, it can produce thick smoke to extinguish the fire and have a flame-retardant effect.
c、 Rubber cotton
One type of sponge, which is made by foaming natural latex raw materials as the main material. It has rubber properties, excellent elasticity, good resilience, and will not deform, but it is expensive, 3-4 times higher than foam cotton.
d、 Regenerated sponge
Regenerated sponge is a new type of product and a globally recognized sponge processing method. Recycled sponge belongs to the recycling and utilization of industrial waste materials of polyurethane products. Its practical value is no less than that of sponge. It is formed by crushing industrial sponge waste, stirring glue, steam high-temperature disinfection, sterilization, deodorization, and compression molding.
The production cost has been greatly reduced in terms of usage. It has good elasticity, durability, no deformation, and no odor. It can be made into products of various densities according to customer needs. The high-density and high elasticity regenerated sponge has a density of over 60 kg/cubic meter, and has the characteristics of efficient flame retardancy, good tensile strength, high elasticity, and no deformation. After high-pressure steam sterilization and deodorization, it is environmentally friendly, economical, and practical.
It can be widely used to make sofas, mattresses, boss chairs, sports equipment, such as sponge gymnastics mats, sponge fitness mats, sponge wrestling mats, sponge car seat cushions, and other products. This type of product has been widely accepted by countries around the world.
