Recently, led by Guilin Electric Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. and with the deep participation of Jiangsu Xinyi Film Co., Ltd., the world's first BOPLA film dedicated production line has completed multifunctional biaxial tensile testing, main assembly, and other work. On the track of "high-temperature luminescence" in flexible photoluminescent materials, the team led by Zhang Kun from Xi'an Engineering University has published their latest work in Advanced Optical Materials, pushing the temperature resistance limit of flexible visible luminescence to 375 ℃, and for the first time, using X-ray full scattering measurement to capture high-definition close-up of the microstructure of amorphous ceramic nanofibers through the "flexibility+high-temperature luminescence" mechanism.

Abstract: This paper conducts in-depth research on anti reflection films for solar cells, aiming to design efficient anti reflection films to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells. By elaborating on the design principles of anti reflection films, analyzing the application of different materials and structures in solar cells, and combining simulation and experimental data, exploring the influence of various factors on the anti reflection effect. The research results indicate that the optimized design of anti reflection film can significantly reduce the surface reflectivity of solar cells, providing theoretical and practical basis for improving the performance of solar cells.

Abstract: This article focuses on the design and preparation of ultra wideband anti reflection films. Firstly, the key role and research background of ultra wideband anti reflection films in modern optical systems are elaborated. Then, the design principles are analyzed in detail, including traditional design methods based on multi-layer film interference theory and innovative design ideas introducing the concept of gradient refractive index. In terms of preparation technology, the application and advantages and disadvantages of various techniques such as electron beam evaporation, atomic layer deposition, and tilted deposition were discussed. Through experimental research, ultra wideband anti reflection films with specific properties were successfully prepared and their performance was comprehensively characterized. The research results provide important references for the widespread application of ultra wideband anti reflection films in high-power laser systems, solar photovoltaics, and other fields.
